Every project begins with a written brief, prepared by the Creative Director before the work starts. You know what is required, what the outcome is, and what is out of scope. No guessing.

An intermediary
You do not manage the client relationship. That is the CD's job. You receive direction, deliver the work, and receive feedback through one channel. The politics stay on the other side of the brief.

Work that matches your discipline.
You are not asked to stretch into areas outside your expertise. The brief is scoped to what you do well. If the project needs something else, a different specialist handles it.

How to join
Node/C works with specialists who are serious about their discipline. The roster is not a directory, it is a working group of people we brief. That means we take the vetting process seriously, and we expect you to as well.
Join the roster
The form takes five minutes. We review every submission and respond to those that are a fit. If the timing is not right, we will tell you and keep your application on file for future briefs.
